We are happy to offer Free Shipping for orders over $55 to registered users. Orders over $55 will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Except noted items and those shipped directly from the manufacturer. Shipping method will be chosen by the manufacturer. (Noted on product information page). Not registered yet? We offer shipping through USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service).

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we deliver only to the United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O.box addresses ship via U.S. Postal Service and are not available for free shipping.

How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your order (Monday-Friday). Orders will be shipped as soon as possible and in most cases will be sent out on the same day.

Most of the products are all shipped out together in one box and will arrive at the same time. If the order is large and is shipped in more than one package, they may arrive separately. They usually arrived together. If you log in to your account, you can see the number of tracking numbers listed for your order. That determines the number of packages that were shipped.

Order Changes

Changes to orders cannot be made after 12:00pm PST on business days, as packages may already be en route to their destination(s).

Cancelling an Order

BeeGreenBaby.com takes pride in making sure orders are shipped out as soon as possible. Therefore, it may not always be possible to cancel your order once it has been placed. Orders that shipped directly from us must be cancelled by 12:00pm PST on their scheduled ship date. Furniture and other items that require additional lead times may take up to 72 hours to determine if we are able to grant your request. If we are unable to cancel the order prior to it entering the shipping process, you would need to return the item subject to our return policies.

Expedited Shipping

Overnight and second day shipping options are subject to pickup cycles.

For example, if you place an order on Thursday morning and specify second day shipping, it will not arrive at its destination until the following Monday. In this example, the next available departure is on Thursday evening, and the second day falls on a weekend. The following Monday is the second day. Some carriers do have optional Saturday delivery.

Shipment Packaging

In an effort to ship your products as economically and environmentally friendly as possible, BeeGreenBaby.com ships all purchases in reused or 100% post-consumer recycled cardboard boxes. Except for USPS Priority Shipments, which will be sent in standard USPS Priority Boxes (when possible; larger items cannot be shipped in standard USPS boxes). The packing material is made of reused or 100% post-consumer recycled paper. The packing slip is printed on 100% post-consumer recycled paper. For gifts we have the option of 100% recycled wrapping paper and ribbon made from 100% recycled material. Note that clothing is pre-packaged in plastic bags to protect during shipment. We encourage customers to reuse or recycle these bags.

USPS Boxes are Cradle to Cradle Certified

Cradle to Cradle Certification is a scientifically based process that reviews specific criteria to assess the environmental attributes of materials used in products.

Based on the recycled content of the more than 500 million Express Mail and Priority Mail packages and envelopes the Postal Service provides its customers each year, more than 15,000 metric tons of carbon equivalent emissions (climate change gases) now will be prevented annually. Express Mail and Priority Mail boxes and envelopes also are 100 percent recyclable.
