Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase(s) at BeeGreenBaby.com. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of unused/unopened packages within 45 days of the sale date and issue a full refund less return shipping costs. If you received free shipping for your order you will still be charged for the cost of return shipping when returning undamaged item(s).

We sell only the best quality products on our website but if you happen to receive a defective product, notify us immediately (within 30 days of the sale) and we will issue a full refund or replacement (your choice) we will pay the return shipping costs.

How to Return a Product

To return any item(s), simply contact us at returns@beegreenbaby.com. Please note the purchase order number in the email. We will provide you with an email message containing a printable return shipping label. Return the item(s) in the original packaging and attach the label to the package (If you do not have the original packaging use another appropriately sized box). Once your return is received you will receive your refund or replacement (your choice), along with an email message confirming receipt.
